ABOUT US
One Peninsula is a group of unelected Homeowners who organized in the summer of 2021. We found that there is a lot of confusion about how the property and club is run and how to get involved in a productive way. We have dedicated our time to making sure that residents know what is going on in the community and have as much information as possible to influence the decision-making process.
We are an active organization that is 100% independent of Ocean Atlantic. We exist solely for the purpose of representing homeowners and providing the most complete transparency and information to the community that we possibly can.
We receive thousands of visits to our website and many hundreds of views to our newsletter "Amplify Your Voice". Our group meets regularly and we welcome visitors who want to know more. If you are interested in attending a meeting please email us at OnePeninsulaCommunity@gmail.com
