Ocean Atlantic (OA)

The Peninsula on Indian River Bay in Delaware is owned and operated by OA-BP Marina Bay-Lakeside LLC. Ocean Atlantic Companies is the Developer of The Peninsula and parent company of Schell Brothers, the main builder at The Peninsula.

The Transition:

Ocean Atlantic has begun the process of transitioning the neighborhoods and property to homeowers. They will retain ownership and management of the club and facilities.

OA controls all of the service provider relationships which include: Troon for the Club, Legum & Norman for the property, Sposato for the landscaping, and Allied Universal for security. 

 

The Peninsula Community Association (PCA) 

We are governed by the PCA which has 5 Board Members, 3 from Ocean Atlantic Companies and 2 elected Homeowner Representatives. There are a number of PCA Committees that report to the PCA Board, the are:

• Finance

• Grounds

• Legal & Bylaws

• Nature

• Security

• Tech

The Club

The Club has an Advisory Board of Governors with an open forum for members that is held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8am in the Lakeside Room. Members use this forum to ask questions and make suggestions to Ocean Atlantic and Troon. 

 

The Neighborhoods
